Field Operative Johnny Rocket was not supposed to enjoy Earth. That was not the assignment. The assignment was to observe human holiday behavior, document the findings, and return home with data.
What actually happened was significantly more complicated.
Somewhere between the suspicious mayonnaise at the potluck and a comedy club that did not go as planned, Johnny began to suspect that humans, despite being deeply, profoundly confusing might be worth understanding.
